The additional XP400 Pro device allows for greater levels of EEPROM and MCU reading and writing as well as Mercedes-Benz vehicle programming. This is highly recommended for those wanting to use the IM508 device. When this has the added GBOX2 device that will further increase your Mercedes-Benz coverage allowing lost key functions on a large range of vehicles as well as further levels of ISN reading for BMW vehicles in lost key scenarios.
