Shipping & returns
Our standard delivery is FREE of charge for UK mainland deliveries over £50, but does have geographical limitations where a surcharge is enforced by our couriers. You will be advised prior to payment at the checkout if this is applicable once you have entered your address details.
For example, delivery surcharges are applied to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands & islands and Isle of Wight.
Delivery of products (in stock items) will normally be made within 1-2 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated online, but goods are subject to availability and delay of delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Delivery time is also subject to change due to weekends and bank holidays (for example, if you order goods on a Friday, expect your delivery to arrive as late as the following Tuesday. Also expect another day of delay due to a Bank Holiday in the UK, or public holidays internationally).
Please note our cutoff time for our delivery services is 16:15 GMT/BST. Any orders placed after this time will not be sent until the next working day.
On delivery our couriers will deliver the goods unopened, it is your responsibility to check you have received the correct item, the correct number of items and that there is no damage to the item. If there is you must note this on the delivery and call us immediately.
You agree to check the goods on receipt and inform us of any obvious external cosmetic damage following an examination of the goods. If there is any obvious cosmetic external damage to the goods at the time of delivery then you agree to note these on the delivery paperwork or refuse the delivery.
We offer insurance coverage parcels in line with the insurance offered by our various delivery services. These are listed below.
Royal Mail 24: £0
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Up to £100
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Up to £100
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: Up to £750
Royal Mail International: Up to £50
DPD: Up to £100
DHL: $25 per kg (note, price in US Dollars)
Extra insurance can be purchased for the majority of our delivery services, please contact us when purchasing.
We cannot be held responsible for delays from delivery services, adverse weather, human error or technological errors as these are out of our control.
Delivery addresses input via the Website by the user are for an order-by-order basis and will not overwrite the address on a user's account. We must be notified of any change of address and will not accept any responsibility for a delivery to an incorrect address if this notification has not been received and noted.
For Returns Autowave check all keys before being sent for delivery ensuring they are unlocked and the chip is responding correctly.
