What are your opening hours?

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Weekends - Closed

Can you guarantee next day delivery if I urgently need a product?

Yes, we can. If you require a product to be delivered next day please call us and let us know or your delivery will be placed into standard delivery which may take up to 2 days. Orders must be placed before 16:00 for next day delivery.

Note: This service may incur an additional charge depending on the total value of your order.

I want to collect my order in person.

Most of our products can be collected from our office in Long Eaton. Contact us on 0115 837 7972 with the products you’d like to order and a timeframe for collection.

I've registered on the website but can't see prices for your products

Some of our products are trade-only. Anyone can apply for a trade account via the 'Credit Trade Account Application Form' or 'Pro Forma Trade Account Application Form' at the bottom of the page. Fill it out, send it to us, and we’ll set up your access.

My VRM search brings multiple products, which do I need?

The VRM search shows all applicable products for a vehicle (e.g., keyless and non-keyless remotes). Contact us with your vehicle reg and we’ll help identify the correct one.

I need to return a product, how do I do it?

All of our keys are checked before being sent for delivery, if you believe a product to be faulty please fill in the returns form found here - https://forms.office.com/e/nK3d5sM3RD and post the item back to us.

Returns cannot be processed without the form.

I need the software for my device, where can I find it?

All downloads are available on our Downloads page. Check the password under each link.
