This package combines the XTool X100 Pad Elite SE device and KC100 pre-coding device. This will allow the user to access to excellent key programming functions and good-level diagnostics. The additional KC100 allows for pre-coding functions necessary on some vehicles such as Fiat and Volkswagen.
